JT 8055B contains accelerator. Prolonged storage at high ambient temperatures results in an undesirable increase in its viscosity and impairs the reactivity of the system mix.

It is sensitive to moisture. Partly emptied containers must be resealed immediately.

 

 

 

Remark Prefilled liquid products always show small filler sedimentation.

Before partial use we recommend to stir up carefully the components or to use each

container as complete unity

 

 

Storage The components have to be stored under dry conditions at 5 - 25°C in tightly sealed

original containers. Under these conditions, the shelf life will correspond to the expiry

date stated on the label. After this date, the product may be processed only following

re-analysis. Partly emptied containers should be closed tightly immediately after use.

For information on waste disposal and hazardous products of decomposition in the

event of fire, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for these particular products.

Mixing two components in a certain proportion and keep it for 10minutes, brush them to the iron core after the viscosity is increasing.

8. Storage

1. What’s the Pre-filled?

Pre-filled is the resin or hardener has been filled with silica sands before delivering to you.

 

2. Is Pre-filled resin cheaper than Pure resin?

Generally it is. However, you should consider the final cost. If you can find qualified silica sands in you local market, the pure resin is better choice. Silica sands are very cheap, sea freight cost is high. With same quantity of resin in a shipment, you can get more final mixed resin with local silica sands.

 

3. Why JiangTe resin doesn’t offer Flexibilizer and Accelerator?

We’ve added them into resin/hardener already before delivering to you. So you can use our materials easily
