Processing Methods
Conventional vacuum cast technology, mould temperature scope is 130℃–150, demoulding time is about 10-30min(different as per temperature and volume). After cure at 140℃ and keep warm for 8h.

Special Tips

 

The effective pot life is about 2-3days(25°C). Cleaning mixing bowl each week or cleaning after work.

Pipe with mixture and gauging device must be cooled/cleaned to avoid sedimentation or increased viscosity.

Stopped on weekend, no need to clean pipe.

When the eyes by resin and curing agent and the contamination of castable, immediately with a clean, running water rinse 10 to 15 minutes. To see a doctor. Touch or splash on the skin material to erase, and then clean with water pollution areas (see above). If severe pain or burn, want to see a doctor. Dirty clothes to replaced immediately.

Discomfort caused by inhalation of vapors, want instantly remove outdoor. If in doubt, please inquire the medical help.
